Train Depot/Pavilion:

Looking for a unique venue for your next gathering? The historic Train Depot and adjoining pavilion at the Clermont Historic Village offer a charming setting for meetings, baby showers, birthday parties, family celebrations and more, all with beautiful Lake Minneola as the backdrop.

The venue includes tables, chairs, coolers and access to a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sink and coffee pot. A television with HDMI connectivity is also available for slideshows, presentations or special memories shared with guests. Alcohol may be served with the proper permits obtained through the City of Clermont.
