They all look super beautiful, like an umbrella canopy between the trees, and they were all part of the City of Clermont’s Umbrella Art Project that stemmed from the Rise Clermont initiative (you can read more about the umbrella project by clicking on the link below)… ☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️

Just want to show something off here because it is so cool!!
If you look at the pictures, you’ll see a pretty cool umbrella painted by our own, and very talented, Jim Briggs, volunteer docent at the Clermont Historic Village and President of the Clermont Historical Society Board of Directors.
The umbrella was part of a project the city initiated to get people to visit different businesses around town that each had one on display.
They were plain white umbrellas turned into works of art by members of various non profits, businesses, churches and organizations and they were all beautiful!
Thanks to the city’s business liaison Barbara Hollerand for getting everyone on board and thanks to the businesses who participated by displaying the umbrellas, especially Green Mountain Pizza who displayed ours!! We appreciate you!!
